This course is designed for Executive Assistants and Virtual Assistants at any stage—whether you’re currently working, transitioning into an EA/VA role, or looking to strengthen your AI capabilities for client or executive support.
Our mission is to connect global talent with top us companies. That's why we've built this program thats worth $10,450. We've considered making it free - but we've realized when something this good is completely free, people don’t take it seriously. The $10 ensures we're filling cohorts with people who are serious about investing in themselves and growing.
Plan for 4–6 hours per week, including live sessions, async content, and hands-on assignments. Time may vary slightly depending on how much effort you put into portfolio work.
Live sessions are recorded and made available to participants. However, attending live is strongly encouraged to get the most value from discussions, demos, and live Q&A with mentors.
You’ll work with widely used AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google NotebookLM. The focus is on learning how to communicate with and apply AI effectively—skills that transfer across tools, not just specific platforms.
Client endorsement is merit-based. Top performers—typically the top ~30%—are identified based on portfolio quality, demonstrated judgment, responsible AI use, and performance in real-world simulations. Endorsement may include priority consideration for interviews, referrals, or internships but is not guaranteed.
Graduates receive their certification and retain access to their portfolio outputs and community resources. Top performers may be considered for Pearl’s talent pool or client opportunities, while all participants leave with practical skills they can apply immediately at work.
No prior AI experience is required. The course starts with foundational concepts and builds toward applied, real-world use. Comfort with basic digital tools and EA/VA workflows is helpful but not mandatory.
