Role Overview:

The Growth Associate, GTM will lead Pearl’s regional growth initiatives across LatAm. You will be responsible for building community, establishing strategic partnerships, distributing content through local channels, and feeding market insights back to the broader team. This role is highly independent, execution-focused, and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments. You will work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, move quickly, and iterate constantly to expand Pearl’s presence in LatAm.

Your Impact

  • Drive growth in candidate sign-ups and engagement across LatAm markets.
  • Build a robust network of partnerships with universities, bootcamps, professional organizations, and community groups.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence to improve campaigns, messaging, and local outreach strategies.
  • Increase visibility of Pearl’s brand in LatAm through events, content distribution, and community initiatives.
  • Strengthen operational workflows and processes for the GTM team.

Core Responsibilities (with percentage allocations)

Partnerships and Network Building – 40%

  • Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with universities, bootcamps, and professional communities.
  • Represent Pearl at events, career fairs, and community spaces across LatAm.
  • Maintain relationships with key local partners to ensure consistent candidate flow.

Growth and Candidate Marketing – 40%

  • Drive engagement for Pearl’s initiatives, including AI training programs, through local channels and networks.
  • Coordinate localized campaigns across LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, Facebook groups, and local job boards.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing and supply generation team to optimize referral programs and content initiatives.

Market Intelligence and Reporting – 20%

  • Track outreach and campaign performance, providing insights to the broader team.
  • Report on market trends, community preferences, and candidate behavior.
  • Recommend iterative improvements based on data and feedback from the region.

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 1–3 years of experience in growth, partnerships, community, marketing, or equivalent experience with measurable results.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Based in Mexico, Colombia, or another LatAm country.
  • Comfortable working fully remotely with an async-first global team.
  • Strong network in local professional communities and the ability to build new relationships quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Startup experience or familiarity with high-growth companies.
  • Experience organizing events or managing communities.
  • Interest in AI and technology trends.
