The Role:

As a PTP Headhunting Intern, you will take an execution-focused role in sourcing and screening candidates. This is a performance-driven, commission-based position where you will directly contribute to identifying and qualifying top talent for open roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively source high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates based on role requirements
• Endorse qualified candidates to the recruitment team
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs)
• Send outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates
• Ensure quality and alignment with non-negotiables before endorsement
