Tien Tiglao

Tien is an operations leader based in Davao, Philippines. He spent 10+ years scaling operations across two enterprises: a global customer experience company with 90,000+ employees later acquired by Teleperformance for €3 billion, and a Cupertino-based property management platform that became the U.S.'s second-largest tech-enabled property management platform after its acquisition by Evernest, where he supported workforce management campaigns through data reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and launched a Quality Support Analyst function. He now leads Operations at Pearl Talent and is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, offering a wealth of knowledge on business intelligence, automation, AI workflows, and operational leadership for distributed teams. Across these roles, Tien has demonstrated that great operations don't care where you sit, and that the global talent model works when supported by the right processes, the right data, and people who take ownership.
