Founders and senior leaders filled the gaps themselves mainly juggling process, coordination, and follow-through alongside growth. That worked in the short term, but it wasn’t sustainable. In preparation to scale, they needed an Operations Manager who could plug in quickly, document and run core workflows, and take real ownership of day-to-day execution without adding heavy onshore overhead or slowing down the business.

With Pearl Talent, Foundation hired a remote Operations Manager aligned to a clear scope of work and 9-5 PST schedule to stabilize operations while protecting leadership bandwidth.
By removing the operational bottleneck and providing a vetted Operations Manager who could own execution, Pearl helped Foundation scale day-to-day operations with confidence that the team could stay focused on building the business.
